Once a proof is approved, it is immediately sent to print and no changes can be made, so please make sure everything is correct and the way you like before saying it is approved.

Once your order has been dropped off or picked up by UPS, delivery times and any shipping issues are outside of my control. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, I am happy to offer a reprint at a discounted rate; however, I cannot be held responsible for the full replacement cost of the order.
